Summer Work & Supply Lists: 2026-27

Below are links to supply lists and summer work, as applicable, in all three divisions. Lower and Middle School supply lists are primarily assigned by grade level. Upper School supplies are assigned by individual courses. The first page of the Upper School supply list is specific to Grade 9 students, and then lists are organized by department after that. If a course you are taking does not have a supply list, you will receive information about supplies for that course or those courses from your teacher(s) when you return to school.

Summer work is assigned in both Middle and Upper School English courses as well as in some Advanced Placement courses in Upper School. Middle School students should complete the summer work assigned for their grade level. ALL Upper School students will complete the English summer assignment labeled "US English Summer Reading 2026" below; if students are taking AP English Lit & Composition, they'll complete the assignment for that specific course as well. There are also summer assignments for AP Chemistry, AP World History: Modern, and AP US Government & Politics. Upper School students should check this page and their email for AP course placement information from M. Littlefield, our scheduling coordinator, and then complete the appropriate summer work for those courses.
