Park STRATEGIC PLAN
(as of 2022)
During the 2021-22 school year, Park's Board of Trustees conducted a year-long strategic planning process facilitated by Acting President, Dr. Keith Frome. Nearly 400 members of the Park community gave feedback via interviews, focus groups, and surveys. Their thoughtful reflections, together with a quantitative analysis of the school’s financial and academic outcomes, provided the basis of Park’s strategic plan which was formally adopted by the Board of Trustees on June 23, 2022.
The plan is comprehensive by design. It calls for clarifying the school’s philosophy and program, recruiting and developing faculty and staff, investing in campus-wide improvements to support their educational work, creating new funding streams to limit tuition increases, and promoting Park’s unique and historical educational role both locally and nationally. The School commits to synchronizing these six areas - philosophy, program, people, place, pipeline, and promotion - in order to provide an education that is skill-based, solution-oriented, happy, healthy, and whole for generations of Park students.
