Molly received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Canisius University and a Master of Science in Childhood Education (Grades 1-6) from Buffalo State College. She holds a New York State Certificate of Advanced Studies in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL). For the last three years, Molly has been teaching 3rd and 4th grade in an independent school located in Istanbul, Turkey. She worked with the staff there to create a curriculum that included building character traits and student agency. She is well versed in differentiating instruction according to students’ strengths, as well as individual academic and behavioral needs. Her values as a teacher very closely align with Park, including inquiry-based, student-centered learning, and providing hands-on meaningful experiences to her students. |
