Ann is grateful for the opportunity to work with The Park School of Buffalo community as she joins us in fall 2023. Born and raised in Buffalo, she is a graduate of Buffalo Seminary and earned her Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Childhood Education from SUNY Buffalo State University. Ann joins Park School with 13 years of teaching experience. She started her teaching career in the San Francisco Bay Area, teaching math and science to middle school students at St. Theresa School. Upon returning to Buffalo in 2014, Ann taught middle school math and science at Nardin Academy and took on various roles such as Science Department Chair, Community Service Moderator, and New Teacher Mentor. Ann strives to connect her students to the real world through authentic project-based learning. Outside of the classroom, Ann enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, walking her dog Obi, and cheering on the Buffalo Bills! |
