Sharon Schultz joined The Park School as a Learning Specialist in August 2022. Sharon's role in education has always been to observe children, engage their curiosity, and help them develop the skills they need to become critical thinkers and doers to thrive in their endeavors. She has experience teaching learners of all ages at varying developmental stages in kindergarten through grade 12. Her teaching certifications include Reading Specialist, Elementary Education, Secondary English, and Special Education. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Education and a Bachelor of Arts in English - both from the University of Buffalo. Her past positions include Literacy Specialist, Academic Intervention Services teacher, and, most recently, Coordinator of Student Services. Sharon's son Peter ’14 and step-son David ’86 are Park alumni. She also had the great pleasure for many seasons of providing academic support and game film for the Park Basketball Program. Sharon is delighted to be here within this Progressive education realm.
