Jarret Izzo '03 has over a decade of experience in education and public relations. He returned to his alma mater in June 2021 as the Director of Admissions and Family Engagement. After graduating from Boston College, Jarret started his career in public relations in Boston, MA. He served a wide variety of clients, including private equity firms, consultancies, and technology startups. Jarret then pivoted to education, earning a M.Ed. from Lesley University. He taught elementary and middle school at the Pike School in Andover, MA, and the Country School in Weston, MA, before moving back to his hometown of Buffalo. Prior to joining Park's team, he taught second grade in the Starpoint Central School District. Jarret is also a professional musician. He has played piano at hundreds of events, including dueling piano shows, weddings, corporate parties, and Park's Centennial Celebration in 2012. In his free time, Jarret enjoys biking, trivia (he is a Jeopardy! champion), and spending time with his wife and two daughters. |
