UPPER SCHOOL CURRICULUM

Upper School students are expected to take at least six courses each semester, thereby earning 6 credits each year. They must earn 24.5 credits, complete 1 semester of health, and 4 years of satisfactory performance in physical education in order to graduate, although most students earn more credits. Honors credit is offered for all core courses. Students are expected to successfully complete 4 credits in each of the major subject areas, unless they apply for and are approved to pursue additional study in a particular academic area (see Student Handbook for information regarding this process). A minimum number of students may be necessary for a course to be offered. Some courses have limited enrollments. Courses are subject to change by departmental decisions.
